Returns Policy

All of our products come with one year warranty and 14 days full refund policy
If you changed your mind or think the goods are not suitable for you any more, you can return it back to us within 14 days and ask for a full refund of the product purchased. The customer is responsible for the return of any unsuitable items.
If the goods are found to be faulty within 30 days, you may return it to us within 30 days and ask for a full refund or a brand new replacement. 
If your goods become faulty within one year, you can return it back to us and we will offer you a free repair. To claim on the Warranty you must provide us a valid proof of purchase with the date.

Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges are non-refundable unless the item is lost or severely damaged by the post. If the item is severely damaged by the post we advise not to accept the delivery. In the case of a product being faulty within 30 days, we shall pay for any standard return delivery charges to return the item to us.
Processing Returns

Changes to your Order
If you would like to make changes or update us on the order you have just created before we dispatch please send us a priority email with "YOUR ORDER NUMBER" and the words "ORDER UPDATE" in the subject title of the email to customerservice@ging-ko.co.uk
